The fastest and easiest way to contact the Homeowners Association is to send an email to board@TwinOaksHOA.org. You can also feel free to talk with the members of the Board as you see them around the neighborhood. The best place to share your concerns and comments is at the Homeowners Annual Meeting held every year in December. The 2008 Annual Meeting will be held on December 1st, 2008.
